A Caesar salad from 101 Cookbooks. I have also enjoyed making her red pesto. Yes, it sounds decadent .. all those nuts and sun-dried tomatoes .. but a little bit of this pesto goes a long way and if you don’t eat it with meat, it wouldn’t be that expensive. I put in piles of basil (from 1020 Shenandoah’s garden!!) and cut down on the number of sun-dried tomatoes. A.T., thanks for all the goodies that made making the pesto possible!
