Ilish fish in mustard curry. Jacob didn’t like it. Next time I’d definitely cut the mustard in half. BUT all my Bengali friends are right, mustard and ilish belong together.

The best thing we’ve eaten this last week has been carrots. Sounds silly! It’s been a long 4-5 months without the humble carrot. Carrot season is just starting now. We have forgotten how awesomely sweet grated carrots are! Especially on top of re-fried beans and salsa!
