Much better than fried chicken! We had a meal where we were just awed with our fish. So we went back and did it all again, this time taking note that the recipe was “3 Rasa”, which we think means 3 sauces or tastes. The fish was deep fried, and then a sauce was pored over — lots of lemon, garlic, coriander,onion. The squids were done in a tomato sauce and what I think was burnt pepper sauce and a bit of shrimp paste. Very good.
