It’s the hot time of year, which means fruit galore. This area is especially known for it’s lichus, so we have been tucking in!

While Dinajpur mangoes are not as famous as Rajshahi mangoes, they are still wonderful — as is, on icecream, pancakes, and in smoothies.

It’s also jackfruit season. These huge fruits are good in small quantities — that’s my opinion, anyway!
